Go Green With Green Earth PTFE-Free And PFOA-Free Ceramic Frying Pan By Ozeri

10Is anyone out there thinking of getting this 10″ Green Earth PTFE-Free and PFOA-Free Frying Pan by Ozeri? If so, it will be in stock again on this coming 16th of March, 2011.

I myself have actually wanted to purchase this ceramic non-stick pan to fry Chinese dumplings, cook Chinese sesame shrimp toast and saute Chinese breaded shrimp food for quite a while.

Made out of durable heavy-gauge aluminum with no heavy metals or harmful chemicals, this frying pan seems perfect to me. In other words, it does not contain PTFE (PolyTetraFluoroEthylene), PFOA (PerFluoroOctanoic Acid) and other harmful chemicals that most other non-stick pans do.

Besides, its green color will definitely make it stand out from the other pans in my kitchen.

At its current price of $69.99 after 28% discount and a savings of $25.04, it’s kind of a good deal to grab. What do you think? Should I or should I not grab the deal? ^.^

Please take note that this ceramic frying pan may not suit you if you love cooking with a lot of fat. This is because:

i) there are directions given that discourage the use of large amounts of oil to cook as this can lead to a white film coating the nonstick surface and causing food to stick.

ii) The directions also ask that you do NOT wash with cold water while the pan is still warm/hot to prevent cracking of the pan.

This soup is very similar to the soup at Shoney’s restaurant that just blows us away when we eat there. Putting cabbage in a soup give the soup a warm, fuzzy feel for that winter time feast. Shoney’s restaurant also puts ground beef in the soup. It’s a great way to use up hamburger too.
I’m excited to make this soup. Thanks, Joy!
