Eu Yan Sang Brown Rice Vinegar Or Plum Vinegar?

Gosh! Hubby and I have already finished the 3rd bottle of Eu Yan Sang VINIGEN Apple Vinegar. Within 2 weeks!

I think this has got to do with hubby who always pours too much. This means we are going to finish the 4th bottle of apple vinegar pretty fast if hubby doesn’t control the amount he pours out each time.

For your information, we don’t use any spoon to measure the amount of apple vinegar. If it’s too sour, we will just add more water into it.

I have enjoyed the benefits of drinking apple vinegar like reducing body heat and constipation, and bad morning breath.

However, I haven’t slimmed down yet. I don’t blame the apple vinegar which is supposed to help me slim down by increasing the metabolism, dissolving excessive fat throughout the body and flushing out toxins from the body.

I put the blame on myself because of my sedentary lifestyle like sitting at my computer desk most of the day and not doing any exercise at all. ;-)

Once hubby and I finish the 4th bottle of apple vinegar, it’s for sure that I won’t buy two bottles of apple vinegar. Instead I will buy a bottle of apple vinegar for myself and a bottle of brown rice vinegar or plum vinegar for hubby.

I haven’t decided if I want Eu Yan Sang VINIGEN Brown Rice Vinegar or Eu Yan Sang VINIGEN Plum Vinegar.

Brown rice vinegar works to lower blood pressure and enhances liver functions, and thus easing away stress and tiredness while plum vinegar helps reduce the uric acid levels and improves insomnia and digestive problems.

I want the one that works best to improve hubby’s liver, sleeping, and digestive problems so that he is not easily tired. So, which one?

Eu Yan Sang VINIGEN Apple Vinegar Improves Constipation & Body Heat

Of all the benefits derived from drinking Eu Yan Sang VINIGEN Apple Vinegar, being able to reduce bad morning breath is perhaps the most satisfying one.

Bad breath, also known as halitosis, has been bothering me for a few years. The main cause of my bad breath has got to do with the fact that I don’t drink enough water.

I know the benefits of drinking more water, but I simply dislike plain water that is tasteless. Now my daily intake of water increases because I add a bit of apple vinegar into it to add taste to the water.

Besides reduced bad breath, apple vinegar also increases the body’s ability to have regular bowel movements, thus improving my constipation problem. I don’t have a serious constipation, okay? Just that I want to have 1 movement a day instead of 1 movement every alternate day.

Next is reducing the heat in the body, especially after eating hot and spicy food like ‘Nasi Lemak’ and ‘Curry Laksa’. Last time, I could get sore throat easily after eating hot and spicy foods. But now, I have no worry about it. Just drink a glass of apple vinegar after eating those hot and spicy dishes.

Oh, durian! Durian is hubby’s favorite. So far, hubby has tried twice to see whether the apple vinegar can really eliminate his body heat after eating durian. The result? Well, he is satisfied that he didn’t feel the heat during his sleep and thus he was able to sleep well at night.

There are still a few improvements derived from drinking the Eu Yan Sang VINIGEN Apple Vinegar that I would like to share with you. Maybe next post. ;-)
